After being picked-up from your hotel you will be taken directly to the lower cable way station on the slopes of Table Mountain. Weather permitting, ascend the mountain by aerial cable car (cost of the cable car is not included in cost of tour). From a height of 1067m view the city and Table Bay below; also Robben Island, the Atlantic seaboard and most of the spectacular Cape Peninsula. We then head down into the Bo Kaap Malay Quarter with its narrow cobbled streets and colourful Mosques. Having parked at the top of Government Avenue stroll to the National Gallery and South Africa Museum.
You will be picked up from your accommodation in Cape Town and drive to the 'White Shark Lodge' in Kleinbaai. Upon arrival the skipper of the day gives a short lecture on shark anatomy and behaviour, explaining how they work with the sharks in the area. We then proceed to the sea where we will spend 2 to 4 hours (depending on how often the sharks visit the boat). The cage takes 5 people at a time, each person spends about 15 minutes in the cage. There is plenty of space for everyone to see the sharks with comfort.
